Timeline

The Contest will end on Saturday April 18, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST, unless there’s less than 100 participants, in which case the contest may be extended until there’s at least 100 participants. The lucky winner will be selected at random and announced the day after the contest ends.

Schedule

The lucky winner must choose an event date to use their free photo booth rental within 12 months from the contest end date. Furthermore, the event date chosen cannot be or fall on a holiday. 

How the Winner will be Selected

The lucky winner will be selected at random.

Event MUST be in Connecticut

In order for the winner to claim their free photo booth rental the event they’re using it for must be in Connecticut. 

One Entry Per Person

You can only enter your email to win once, multiple email entries will not be considered to win.

Boost your chances of Wining

Once you have submitted your email entry to win, you can boost your chances of winning (optional) by liking Super Partyland, LLC’s Facebook page or sharing the giveaway contest post on Facebook. By doing either one or both of these actions is the only way your entry to win will be duplicated, this way boosting your chances of winning.

Travel Fee If ANY

The winner will receive free delivery for up to 20 miles within New Britain, CT. After that, there would be a delivery charge. Event MUST be in Connecticut.

Cannot be Sold, Gifted or Exchanged for money

This giveaway photo booth rental package cannot be sold or gifted  to another individual. This giveaway package cannot be “cashed” and/or exchanged for money.

Cannot be combined with any discount or special offer

The lucky winner will not be able to combine their Free package with any special offer (i.e. a discount on another package and/or add-on).

Availability

The lucky winner will be able to select their own event date, however this will be subject to availability. If we do not have availability for your event date then you will be able to choose a different date. Furthermore, the event date chosen cannot be or fall on a holiday. 

Events

This photo booth rental giveaway is valid for any events including but not limited to Weddings, Sweet 16s, Quinceañeras, Birthday Parties, Graduation parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Baby showers, etc. 

Cannot use free Photo Booth rental for a Current Reservation

If the lucky winner already has an event reservation with us, they will not be able to use this free photo booth rental to replace or add/supplement their current reservation. They will have to use their winning free rental for another event (at a different date).

Adding More Hours

The lucky winner will have the option to add more hours to their package (only if they choose to). They can add additional hours to their free package for $200/hour.

Second or third Prize Possibility

In the event that Super Partyland at it’s sole discretion decides to also give away gift card(s) to its online booking store/system as giveaway prize(s) for participant(s) that didn’t win the free photo booth rental, the gift card will not have any cash value, cannot be cashed or exchanged for money. The gift card value will only be good to use within Super Partyland’s online store/booking system.

Consent

By entering this giveaway contest, you hereby consent to our official rules & regulations stated above and our privacy policy. By entering this giveaway contest, you hereby also consent for Super Partyland, LLC to email you with the announcement of the lucky winner and to email occasionally thereafter with news on our company’s discounts or sales that might be of your interest.

Update

Super Partyland, LLC reserves the right to update, amend or make changes to this document. Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document, those changes will be promptly posted here.
