Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

(For All Reservations and Rentals) You may cancel your reservation within 7 days of the day you reserved (this is the date you put down a deposit, not the day of your event), if you do cancel within 7 days your deposit will be fully reimbursed. Any cancellation occurring after 7 days (after your deposit is completed) your deposit becomes non-refundable.

For short notice rentals and/or events (events and/or rentals where your event date and your deposit completion date are 7 days or less than 7 days apart) your deposit is always non-refundable. Any reservation with special offers (i.e. discounts, sales, special pricing, promotions etc.) are always non-refundable. No exception will be made.

Any cancellation occurring less than ninety (90) days prior to the event date shall forfeit all and any payments received (including any remaining balance paid). If the remaining balance has yet to be paid, 100% of the remaining balance will still be due if the cancellation occurs less than ninety (90) days prior to the event date. If your reservation has been active for 6 months or more you will not be able to cancel your reservation without paying your full amount. Once your event has been cancelled, your event date will immediately be available for other people to book.

DATE CHANGE POLICY:

Any request for a date change must be made in writing (via email) at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new service contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit (and all of the remaining balance) shall be forfeited by the client, and the event cancelled. If we’re able to accommodate a date change or postponing the event, this will automatically make the full amount due and non-refundable. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER/RAIN POLICY (FOR OUTDOOR BOUNCE HOUSE RENTALS ONLY):

(For Outdoor Bounce House Rentals Only) If severe weather conditions exist on the day of your reservation you may cancel or postpone your reservation. If you choose to cancel because of severe weather conditions on the day of your reservation, your reservation deposit will be returned. If you choose to postpone, we will apply your deposit to your new reservation date. Please note that if inclement weather starts after the inflatable is put up, you won’t be reimbursed.

OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL POLICY:

Events that are out of state (outside of CT) and are over 155 miles from New Britain, CT will be subject to a travel fee in addition to the delivery (gas) fee. If your event is outside of CT and is over 155 miles from New Britain, CT please contact us prior to booking so that we can calculate how much the travel fee to your event would be. (Please note that all events are subject to a delivery fee, but events outside of CT and over 155 miles from New Britain, CT will be subject to an additional travel fee).
